Elgi Equipments, one of the world’s leading air-compressor manufacturers, is showcasing its portfolio of portable compressed air solutions for construction, mining and infrastructure applications at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, being held from 15–18 September 2026 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

With “Engineering Sustainable Performance Worldwide” as the theme for its participation at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, ELGi is showcasing solutions designed around the operating requirements of customers across mining, quarrying, construction and infrastructure applications.
The portfolio on display includes the PG 90E electric portable compressor for crawler drilling applications in granite, marble and blue metal; the PG 550-215 diesel portable compressor for demanding drilling applications; and the PG 850S-290 and PG 1100 excavator-mounted air compressors developed for mining applications, including coal and iron ore operations.
The PG 850S-290 and PG 1100 excavator-mounted compressors have been engineered specifically for excavator-mounted drilling applications and incorporate features designed to support performance in demanding mining environments. These include an intelligent control system, turbo pre-cleaners for dusty operating conditions, dual-pressure capability, an energy-efficient screw profile and a design focused on ease of maintenance and uptime. Their rugged construction, anti-vibration mounts, single-sided service access and dust-protected controllers further support reliable operation in challenging worksite conditions.
