Powerweave, a technology and digital transformation company serving over 350 large and high growth organisations worldwide, is targeting approximately 30% revenue growth in the current fiscal as it deepens the integration of artificial intelligence across its products and operations. With businesses increasingly looking to translate AI adoption into measurable efficiency gains, the company is embedding the technology across three distinct business areas: aws promostack, which provides technology and services for the promotional products industry; ewiz procure, an AI powered procurement platform; and Snowkap, an ESG and net zero technology platform with advisory and managed support.
The company’s AI adoption extends beyond task automation to software development, enterprise procurement workflows and supply chain sustainability. Around 60 to 65% of its software development lifecycle is now being carried out with AI assistance, helping reduce the development time for complex product features from approximately six to eight weeks to two to three weeks. To maintain quality and control, Powerweave has developed an internal framework with defined guardrails covering code development, testing, security, specifications and governance.
At ewiz procure, AI is being integrated across the procurement workflow, from creating requests for proposals and information to analysing vendor responses and generating technical and commercial recommendations. The platform is designed to help enterprises unlock value from their existing ERP and source to pay systems, rather than replace these systems entirely. At Snowkap, AI is enabling organisations to analyse large volumes of data to identify carbon intensive areas across supply chains and potential opportunities for decarbonisation, moving beyond ESG reporting towards actionable insights.
In the promotional products business, aws promostack combines technology platforms, AI capabilities and back office operations to address complex workflows spanning order management, artwork, customer service and fulfilment. This integrated approach reflects the company’s focus on applying technology to industry specific processes rather than treating AI as a standalone layer.
According to Dheeraj Toshniwal, CEO, Powerweave, the company’s larger transformation is about moving beyond technology delivery towards measurable business outcomes. The company aims to help clients reduce procurement costs through ewiz procure, lower their carbon footprint through Snowkap and improve order economics through aws promostack.
As AI changes the economics of technology services, Powerweave is also seeing client conversations evolve from traditional FTE led engagement models towards volume and outcome based pricing. While AI is making basic technology development increasingly accessible, domain expertise, industry workflows, integrations and data models will remain critical differentiators in delivering enterprise grade solutions.
Rather than developing foundational AI models, the company is focusing on applying existing AI capabilities to specific enterprise and industry use cases. By combining these capabilities with its domain expertise and technology platforms, Powerweave aims to build solutions focused on efficiency, business value, data privacy and measurable outcomes.
“AI is fundamentally changing how technology businesses build, operate and create value. For us, the opportunity is not simply about using AI to automate tasks, but about embedding it into our products and processes to deliver outcomes for our clients. We are moving towards a model where technology is ultimately measured by the business value it creates, whether that is lower procurement costs, reduced carbon footprint or improved order economics,” said Dheeraj Toshniwal, CEO, Powerweave.
