A significant step was taken towards translating industrial investment proposals into on-ground projects in Uttar Pradesh at the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2026. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah, along with the inauguration of UPITS, presented Letters of Allotment to representatives of five companies investing in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region).
A total area of 71,190 square metres has been allotted for the five projects, involving a proposed investment of Rs. 469 crore and the potential to generate 4,625 employment opportunities.
Among the companies receiving allotments, C&R Textiles has been allotted 16,000 square metres and has proposed an investment of Rs. 104 crore, with 2,000 employment opportunities expected to be created. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the Letter of Allotment on behalf of the company.
Perfectpack has been allotted 16,200 square metres and has proposed an investment of Rs. 125 crore, with 700 employment opportunities. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia was present on behalf of the company.
SABS Exports International has been allotted 16,180 square metres and has proposed an investment of Rs. 87 crore, with 475 employment opportunities. Company Director Chetan Sabharwal received the Letter of Allotment.
Simplast India has been allotted 12,000 square metres and has proposed an investment of Rs. 78 crore, with 300 employment opportunities. Company Director Gaurav Chugh received the Letter of Allotment.
Similarly, Sahu Exports has been allotted 10,810 square metres and has proposed an investment of Rs. 75 crore, with 1,150 employment opportunities. Company Director Sanjeev Sahu received the land allotment letter.
Along with presenting the Letters of Allotment, Home Minister Amit Shah also interacted with investors and discussed opportunities for industrial expansion, investment and accelerating business activity in Uttar Pradesh.
The allotment of land to these five companies, alongside the inauguration of UPITS, marks a step towards moving investment proposals from commitments to implementation on the ground, while creating opportunities for industrial growth and employment in the state.
