Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited (TEIL), one of India’s largest integrated sugar and ethanol manufacturers and a leading player in water and wastewater management, is upskilling approximately1,000 employees across its Sugar Business Group (SBG), Water Business Group (WBG), and Triveni Power Transmission Limited (TPTL) through Triveni Digital Academy, the sector’s first AI-integrated digital learning platform.
Live since March 2026, the initiative provides employees from Officer (S1) grade and above with seamless access to structured digital learning, supporting the development of technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership capabilities.
Accessible through both Google Play and the App Store, the mobile-first platform brings together video-based learning, online instructor-led training sessions, progress tracking, and certifications in a single interface. AI-enabled smartcontent tools convert SOPs and process documents into interactive SCORM-compliant modules, while an integrated chatbot provides real-time learner support.
To ensure the content remains relevant and aligned with evolving business needs, TEIL’s Learning & Development team will continue to expand the content library with three new organisation- and industry-specific modules every month. Employeescan also participate in live virtual training sessions, track their progress, earn certifications, and stay updated on newly introduced programmes through the platform.
By integrating technology with workplace learning, Triveni Digital Academy reflects TEIL’s focus on building a skilled, future-ready workforce while fostering a culture of continuous development across the organisation.
