Interarch Building Solutions, a leading provider of turnkey steel construction solutions, today inaugurated its new heavy structural steel manufacturing facility at Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh, marking a significant expansion of its capabilities in the design and manufacture of complex steel structures.
The facility has been developed to address the increasing requirement for heavy and high-performance structural steel in projects where scale, precision and engineering complexity are critical. It will enable Interarch to manufacture structural components for applications ranging from high-rise buildings and data centres to semiconductor and electronics facilities, renewable energy projects, EV infrastructure and large industrial developments.
Built across approximately 20 acres, the Phase 1 utilises around 25,000 sq. m. of built-up area and has an initial manufacturing capacity of 25,000 MT per annum. This plant is equipped with specialised equipment sourced from leading technology providers in Europe and India, enabling high-precision fabrication and the manufacturing of complex heavy structural members. The balance land is earmarked for the development of Phases 2 and 3, of which the civil works for Phase 2 currently underway.
A key feature of the facility is its ability to undertake demanding fabrication requirements, including large-sized hot-rolled sections and plate girder structural members, designed for projects with stringent engineering and dimensional specifications. This facility expands Interarch’s manufacturing portfolio beyond conventional PEB applications and strengthens its ability to participate in projects requiring sophisticated and heavy structural steel solutions.
Located in Andhra Pradesh, the facility also provides a strategic manufacturing base for servicing customers across South and West India. Its proximity to industrial clusters, ports and major transportation networks is expected to support efficient movement of materials and finished structures to project locations.
The new facility complements Interarch’s existing manufacturing ecosystem in Attivaram. The company had earlier commissioned Phase 2 of its PEB facility at the location, with an installed capacity of 25,000 MT per annum and an investment of approximately ₹32 crore, making Attivaram an increasingly important manufacturing hub for Interarch’s steel construction operations.

The inauguration of the Attivaram facility further strengthens Interarch’s evolution as an integrated steel construction solutions provider, bringing together engineering, manufacturing and project execution capabilities to serve a broader spectrum of steel-intensive applications.
